CORNUCOPIA HOUSE SPONSORS WORKSHOP ON WRITING AS A TOOL FOR HEALING

Writing about illness and other traumatic experiences has been proven to reduce the effects of stress and aid immune system performance.

That’s why Cornucopia House Cancer Support Center and the Mental Health Association in Orange County are sponsoring a two-part workshop on writing as a tool for healing.

Writer Janice Farringer will facilitate the Healing Through Words workshop. The workshop will be held November 5th and 12th from 7 to 9 p-m at the Cornucopia House office in Chapel Hill.
