Weather kept me off the bike on Tues and I couldn’t talk myself onto the trainer.  Work has gotten so busy that lunch time workouts don’t happen much, this will be a problem next week as the pool is closed in the mornings.  Tana and Alan both came home on Sunday, I decided to hang with them rather than paddle.  All in all a pretty good week.  The long bike all by myself was really hard, and very hilly.  Total  workout time=11 hours

Pulled a muscle in my back Thursday lifting a heavy box.  No swim or bike as scheduled on Thur or Fri, and couldn’t paddle as planned on Sunday.   Biked to lake with Alan, Mike, Kim on Sat – 15 mph avg.   Total workout time =11.1 hours

No more fooling around, it’s time to get a little serious.  This week is a start, but still have to get the scheduling worked out a bit better.  Work has been so busy I had trouble with lunch time workouts.  Total workout time = 8.2 hours
