INSTRUCTIONS:    Class discussion/debate on the case

                                    1.    Readings:  everyone reads 2d Cir. opinion and Attorneys fee decision

                                    2.    Each class member is assigned to a group -- then read only that group's brief(s)

                                    3.    Groups

                                            a.    Each group will have 10 minutes to argue its case:

                                            b.    Entire group prepares argument - Assigned coordinator is the convenor

                                            c.    Only 2-3 from each group may speak

                                            d.    Do not repeat the facts in the discussion
