"Prof. Chin has, over the years, been a dedicated promoter of calligraphy as an important component of the teaching of the Chinese language, the outcome of which is the founding of the Calligraphy Education Group (CEG), composing of educators with special interest in promoting Chinese calligraphy." (晋    聪教授多年来致力于书法教育的推广,他认为书法教育是中文教学中重要指之一环。在他的努力下成立了书法教育组,也就是书法教育学会,学会的成员均为推广汉字书法教学的教育学者。)
