Thailand
2005
A
map of
Thailand. Our team will be stationed out of Chiang Mai, but
will be traveling all over.
The summer of 2005 is going to be one of life changing
experiences. My calling into missions is finally going to start,
as I head to Thailand with Global Expeditions, a part of Teen Mania
Ministries. I am so excited about this AWESOME
chance to change the lives of others. Considering that
Thailand wasn't my first choice for trips and I have never actually
been out of the country, I am a little scared. But I need not
worry. I was lead to this trip for a reason and I need to expect
great things from it.
Dates of
travel:
7/13/05- 8/10/05
Total Cost:
$3409
(stressin about this)
Ministry
Type: Teaching English, Personal Evangelism, Discipleship
I will
discover why Thailand is known as the "Land of Smiles" as my team
ventures into college campuses, cafe's, and orphanages. Thailand
is 95% Buddhist and needs
the news of Christ and the love He can bring to their culture.
Itinerary
Children from the Agape Orphanage in Chaing Mai that I will get to work
with.
