Orange District has an electronic mailing list:

This list has been established to facilitate communications among Scouters
in Orange District, Occoneechee Council. The guidelines for usage are simple:
any information or question about Scouting for Orange District may be posted.
If you would ask it or say it at Roundtable, it is fair game here. Remember
that in writing, you are addressing the whole list. Replies are sent back
to the entire list.
As a Scouter in the district, you may subscribe to the list by sending
a request to workman@email.unc.edu.
Please include your name, email address, unit and position.
After subscribing, you may send electronic mail to the list at the address
od-occ@listserv.unc.edu The listserver
will distribute the mail message to all members of the list.
By browsing the list,
you can send mail, read archives, set various features, and even unsubscribe.
In addition to the list server for mail distribution, the district maintains

for direct review.
