My Research on Outsourcing and Direct Foreign Investment
I joined the Department of Economics at UNC-CH in fall 1999. I received my Ph.D. from Princeton University in May 2000. My areas of interest are international economics, development and political economy, especially in areas of intellectual property rights and direct foreign investment. I have worked on issues related to free trade areas and trade liberalization policies. My current research focuses on the behavior and regulation of multinationals as well as the related political and institutional issues. Please use the following links for more information on my teaching and research.
