Annegret Fauser is Cary C. Boshamer Distinguished Professor of Music. She is a cultural musicologist whose work emphasizes how music intersects with social, political, and artistic contexts. She has written or edited at least 10 books and was awarded the Edward J. Dent Medal by the Royal Musical Association.
