First Amendment Law Review Symposium

“National Security, Whistleblowers and the First Amendment” will focus primarily on examining how the First Amendment relates to national security, leaks and publication of government information, and access to government information. Discussion will explore the legal framework surrounding the dissemination of government information like the Freedom of Information Act and criminal prosecution of whistleblowers.

Hosted by UNC School of Law’s student-run First Amendment Law Review journal, this annual symposium is free and open to the public.
