Music in the Galleries: Flash Chorus

People play instruments.

This summer, the Ackland welcomes Flash Chorus to Music in the Galleries for a community singing event! All are invited (regardless of singing ability/experience) to join us. Two “portraits-in-song” will be selected by directors Seamus Kenney and Kerri Lockwood to be rehearsed, practiced, and performed with a live band.

Free and open to the public.

Presented in connection with The Outwin: American Portraiture Today (on view 1 June – 26 August 2018).
