Whether or not you put on boxing gloves like Jennifer De Leon from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, Carolina employees had plenty to do at the 2026 Total WellBeing Expo, held March 18 at Fetzer Hall.

Staff enjoyed a free lunch of pizza and salad, tried out new workouts, took a meditation session, explored 80 well-being resources and connected with fellow Tar Heels. Rameses Jr. also made an appearance, and the always impressive Bouncing Bulldogs jump rope team put on a stellar performance.
