Carolina to host events ahead of Aer Lingus College Football Classic
There will be much more than a game for fans traveling to see the Tar Heels take on TCU this August in Dublin.

UNC-Chapel Hill will host or participate in business, cultural, academic, research, athletic and arts events in Dublin the week leading up to the Aer Lingus College Football Classic, bringing far more than a marquee matchup between Carolina and Texas Christian University.
Executives, faculty, staff and students from UNC-Chapel Hill will also visit Ireland to engage with counterparts in meetings across the country in August, highlighting the deep and growing ties between UNC-Chapel Hill and Ireland.
“One of Carolina’s greatest strengths is that we are deeply rooted in North Carolina while remaining connected to the wider world,” said UNC-Chapel Hill Chancellor Lee H. Roberts. “Carolina plays a crucial role in the state’s success. The Aer Lingus College Football Classic gives us an opportunity to strengthen international partnerships and accelerate the growth of North Carolina.”
The events schedule, along with ticket and travel information is available on the GoHeels’ Aer Lingus College Football Classic webpage.
