Doing what they do
They may not be the ones taking the court tonight, but students, alumni and fans in New Orleans will be doing what they can to help the Tar Heels win by staying true to the game day superstitions.

Woody Durham used to instruct Carolina fans to “go where you go, and do what you do” when it came to game day, and some have taken that sage advice a little more literally than others.
Whether it’s not washing a jersey since the last time the men’s basketball team won a national championship in 2017 or avoiding certain foods, fans are making sure they do their part to help the Tar Heels.
