Check out Total WellBeing Expo on March 13

Employees can stop by Fetzer Hall midday for free food, fitness classes, blood pressure checks and other activities.

All Carolina employees are invited to the Total WellBeing Expo, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. March 13 in Fetzer Hall, for a day of activities and events dedicated to employee wellness.

Activities and offerings include:

  • Free pizza and open salad bar in the TIAA Food & Fun Zone.
  • Wellness resource fair with medicine drop, hands-only CPR, giveaways and more.
  • Free blood pressure checks.
  • Therapy dogs.
  • Bouncing Bulldogs jump rope performance.
  • Chair massages.
  • Fitness classes, meditation sessions and cooking demos.
  • Campus Recreation tours and selfies with Rameses.

    Employees will also receive 10% off most Student Stores merchandise the week of March 11-15, with proof of a One Card.

    Promoting employee well-being is a key priority for Carolina. Expo events are free, and attendance is considered work time for staff, who should seek approval as needed to attend. Free parking is available in the Cobb Deck on Paul Green Drive.

    Employees unable to attend the expo in person are invited to take part in the virtual events happening throughout the week, which cover a range of wellness topics. Visit the Virtual Events Calendar to register.
