If it is MERELY RAINING on May 11, the ceremony will still take place in Kenan Stadium. The ceremony will only move to the Dean Smith Center if SEVERE WEATHER approaches. Severe weather is defined as rain accompanied by thunder, lightning, and high winds. UMBRELLAS will be allowed at both Kenan Stadium as well as the Dean Smith Center.
