Each day, the work of faculty, staff and students at Carolina is changing the lives of North Carolinians.
Whether it’s projects addressing childhood obesity in underserved areas, launching startups that bring thousands of jobs to the state or the countless other research and public service initiatives happening on campus, the University is working to provide better opportunities for all.
“Throughout our 230-year history, the taxpayers of North Carolina have invested in higher education. It is this dedication from people from the mountains to the coast that makes Carolina’s excellence possible,” Chancellor Kevin M. Guskiewicz said.
